Aws ibn al-Ma'ly ibn Lu'than ibn Harithah ibn Zayd ibn Tha'laba ibn 'Adi ibn Malik ibn Zayd Manat ibn Habib ibn 'Abd al-Harithah ibn Malik ibn Ghadib ibn Jishm ibn al-Khazraj.
