Bishr Abu Khalifah

Dhahabi: Abu Khaliifa ibn al-Harith had companionship in Basra, his son Khaliifa was unique in narrating from him that he was the first to accept Islam. The Prophet ﷺ then returned his property and his son to him, and then met him. He saw him and his son with their heads shaved, so he said to him: What is this, Abu Khaliifa? He said: I had vowed that if Allah returned my property and my son to me, I would shave my head. So the Prophet ﷺ took the thread, cut it and said to them: Shave your heads, for this is from Satan.

It was narrated by Ibn Manda and Abu Naim, and Ibn Manda said: This is a strange hadith.
