Ba'jah ibn Zayd

Dhahabi: Ba'jja b. Zayd al-Juhanmi reported that Zabiya bint 'Amr b. Hazabah said: Rifa'ah, Ba'jja b. Zayd, Hayyan, and Anif b. Milah, along with eleven other men, went to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him). When they returned, we said: 'What did the Prophet (peace be upon him) command you?' They replied: 'He commanded us to place the sheep on its left side, then slaughter it, and face the qiblah, invoke Allah, and slaughter.' This hadith is only known in this manner. It was transmitted by Ibn Mandah and Abu Nu'aym.
