Khiffaf ibn Nadlah

Dhahabi: Khaffaf ibn Nudayla ibn Amr ibn Bahdal al-Thaqafi visited the Prophet ﷺ. Dhabel ibn Tufail narrated from him.

Authenticated by Ibn Mandah, and Abu Nai'm.

Abu Nai'm added, said: Some later scholars mentioned him, meaning Ibn Mandah, but he did not narrate anything beyond what I mentioned, nor is there any known narration or mention of him.

Khaffash al-Kandi, whose name was Ma'dan, and his kunya was Abu al-Khayr, has been mentioned earlier in the letters 'jim' and 'ha'. He said to the Prophet ﷺ: Are you not one of us...? The hadith. Authenticated by the three.
