Sim'an ibn Amr

Dhahabi: Simaan ibn Amr ibn Hajar had sahaba status, and he was one of those who visited the Prophet ﷺ and pledged allegiance to Islam. He also gave the Prophet ﷺ his wealth, and the Prophet ﷺ granted him land between the two routes.

His son, Khayyar, narrated his hadith.

It was narrated by Ibn Mandah and Abu Nai'm.

Khayyar ibn Simaan: The khayr is a letter with a dot above, followed by a yaa with two dots below, and ending with a ra.
