Biography of Salama ibn Irada

S: Salama ibn Ardhah al-Dhibi was one of the hostages of the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) from Banu Dhiba, said ad-Daraqutni in Akhbar Banu Dhiba: He mentioned the owner of the ancient book that collected the news of Banu Dhiba and their poets, and he said, Among them: Salama ibn Ardhah ibn Malik, said: and he informed me, Abu Safwan ibn Salama ibn Ardhah, that Salama ibn Ardhah disputed with Uayyna ibn Hishn al-Fazari, the virtue of the Messenger of Allah's (peace be upon him) wudu, so the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to Uayyna, 'Let the boy perform wudu', so he performed wudu, then he drank the remainder, so the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) wiped his head and face with his hand.

He was narrated by Abu Musa.
