Definition of Call / To shout

An-Nidā' refers to calling out loud.

The Almighty says: 'And when you call to prayer' (Al-Ma'idah 58).

Nādā means to call.

Al-munādī is the caller.

The Almighty says: 'And call upon your Lord' (Al-Furqan 77).

And when Our verses are recited to them as clear evidences, those who disbelieve say to those who believe, "Which of [our] two parties is best in position and best in association?"
