Definition of Lamp / Saddle

As-siraj: what shines with a wick and oil.

It is used for anything that illuminates.

The Almighty says: 'and placed a burning lamp' (An-Naba 13) for the sun. 'An illuminating lamp' (Al-Ahzab 46) refers to the Prophet as a luminous guide.
