Definition of The letters Ta
Al-tâ'ât: the tâ' at the beginning of a word is for oath as in 'By Allah, I will surely plot against your idols' (Al-Anbiyâ': 57).
It is specific to Allah's name and is not used with other names in oaths.
The tâ' of feminization is added to nouns to indicate the feminine.
The conjugation tâ' is added to verbs to indicate the speaker or the addressee.
