Definition of Movement / Agitation

Allah says: 'Do not move (lâ tuharrik) your tongue with it' (Al-Qiyâma: 16).

Al-haraka (movement) is the opposite of rest.

This verse was revealed to the Prophet ﷺ who hastened to repeat the Quran during revelation for fear of forgetting.
