Definition of To scatter

Al-Īfāḍ refers to rapid running.

The Almighty says: 'They will emerge from the graves rapidly' (Al-Ma'arij 43).

Awfaḍa means to hasten.

Al-mūfiḍūn are those who hasten.

It is the rush toward the gathering.
