Definition of To shy away / To flee

An-Nawṣ refers to fleeing to escape.

The Almighty says: 'And it was not a time of escape' (Sad 3).

Nāṣa means to flee.

Al-manāṣ is the refuge.

Lāta ḥīna manāṣ means it is no longer time to escape.
