Definition of To waste / To squander

At-tabdhîr (squandering): scattering wealth uselessly, like scattering seeds.

Allah says: 'Do not squander (tubaddhir) wastefully' (Al-Isrâ': 26).

Al-mubadhdhir: the squanderer.

Squanderers are brothers of devils.
