PronunciationAshhadu an la ilaha illa-llahu wahdahu la sharika lah, wa ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu wa rasuluh.
Translation"I bear witness that there is no god but Allah alone, without partner, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and messenger."

Arabic textوزاد الترمذي بعد ذكر الشهادتين :اللهم اجعلني من التوابين واجعلني من المتطهرين
PronunciationWa zada-t-Tirmidhi ba'da dhikri-sh-shahadatayni: Allahumma-j'alni mina-t-tawwabina, wa-j'alni mina-l-mutatahhirin.
TranslationAnd at-Tirmidhi added, after the two testimonies: "O Allah, make me among those who repent, and make me among those who purify themselves."

Arabic textسبحانك اللهم وبحمدك أشهد أن لا إله إلا أنت أستغفرك وأتوب إليك
PronunciationSubhanaka Allahumma wa bi-hamdik, ashhadu an la ilaha illa Ant, astaghfiruka wa atubu ilayk.
Translation"Glory be to You, O Allah, and praise be to You; I bear witness that there is no god but You, I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance."
