Adim ath-Thaglibi

B 'S: Adim al-Taghlabi reported on the authority of al-Sabi ibn Ma'bad.

We were informed by Abū Mūsá, by way of permission, who informed us that Abū 'Alī informed him, who in turn was informed by Abū Nu'aym, who was informed by Abū Bakr al-Talhī, from 'Ubayd ibn Ghanām, from 'Alī ibn Hakīm, who informed us that Isrā'īl, from Manṣūr, from Abū Wā'il, from al-Ṣabī ibn Ma'bad, said: I had recently embraced Islam after being a Christian, and I wanted to perform the Hajj, so I asked a man from my people named: Adīm, who ordered me to combine (the rituals of 'Umrah and Hajj) and informed me that the Prophet ﷺ had done so.

And Jarīr reported it from Manṣūr, from Abū Wā'il, from al-Ṣabī, saying: from Hudaym ibn 'Abd Allāh.
