Iyas ibn Wudqa

B S A: Iyas b. Wudqa al-Ansari from Banu Salim b. 'Uwf b. al-Khazraj, Musa b. Qabba reported, from Ibn Shihab, in the naming of those who were martyred from Banu Salim on the day of Yamama: Iyas b. Wudqa, Abu 'Umar, and Abu Na'im, and Abu Musa, reported it.

Abu Musa said: I saw in a written copy from Abu Na'im, above Wudqa, a fa' (فاء) as if he had written it with a fa'.

Abu Musa said: The qaf (ق) is correct in this case, I said: In my opinion, the fa' is correct, and God knows best.
