Al-Harith ibn Ziyad al-Ansari

Al-Harith ibn Ziyad al-Ansari al-Sa'idi, a Badri Companion, is considered one of the people of Medina, and he witnessed the Battle of Badr with the Prophet ﷺ

Abu Yasir ibn Abu Habba informed us, with his isnad, from Abdullah ibn Ahmad, who said: My father informed me, that Yunus ibn Muhammad informed us, that Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Gasil informed us, that Hamza ibn Abu Usaid, whose father was a Badri, informed us, from Al-Harith ibn Ziyad al-Sa'idi al-Ansari, that he came to the Prophet ﷺ on the day of the trench, and the Prophet ﷺ was accepting the pledge of allegiance from the people for migration, so he said: O Messenger of Allah, accept this pledge, he said: And who is this? he said: My cousin's son, Hauth ibn Yazid, or Yazid ibn Hauth, so the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: I will not accept your pledge, for indeed the people are migrating to you,
