Dhikr 'Ulum: Bishr ibn Hazn al-Nasri

Abu al-Fadl ibn al-Tusi informed us, through his isnad to Abu Dawud al-Tayalisi, Shu'ba informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from Bishr ibn Hazn al-Nasri, he said: The companions of the camels and the companions of the sheep were competing with one another at the time of the Messenger of Allah. The Messenger of Allah said: 'David was sent, and he was a shepherd of sheep; Moses was sent, and he was a shepherd of sheep; and I was sent, and I am a shepherd of the sheep of my family with a strong and robust flock.'
