Biography of Salama ibn Sad

Salama ibn Sa'd al-'Anazi, it is also said: Salama ibn Sa'id ibn Sari'im al-'Anazi, was a visitor to the Messenger of Allah. He was narrated from by Qais ibn Salama: that he and a group of his family and children visited the Prophet, so they sought permission from him, and he entered, and he said: 'Who are these?' It was said: 'This is a delegation from 'Anaza.'

He said: 'Bukh, bukh, bukh, indeed the 'Anaza are a living people, may Allah make them victorious.'

It was narrated by the three (Ibn Manda, Abū Nuʿaym, Ibn ʿAbd al-Barr).
