Definition of To grill / To roast

Allah says: 'He came with a roasted calf (hanîdh)' (Hûd: 69).

Hanîdh: roasted between two hot stones.

This is the cooking method used by Ibrahim to serve his guests (the angels).

Ibrahim's hospitality is a model to follow.
