Definition of Mule / He-mule

Allah says: 'Horses, mules (al-bighâl), and donkeys' (An-Nahl: 8).

The mule is the hybrid between a horse and a female donkey.

Allah mentions these three mounts together as they served for transport and travel.

Mules were particularly valued for their endurance.
