This section contains a single authentic hadith on leasing. It reports the words of Allah Almighty: «There are three I will be hostile to them on the Day of Judgment», among them the employer who withholds the wage of his hired worker. Leasing is thereby bound to rendering the worker his due, under pain of Allah's hostility on the Day of Judgment.

إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ وَمَلَٰٓئِكَتَهُۥ يُصَلُّونَ عَلَى ٱلنَّبِىِّ ۚ يَٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ صَلُّوا۟ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلِّمُوا۟ تَسْلِيمًا

God and His angels shower their blessings on the Prophet. O believers, you should also send your blessings on him, and salute him with a worthy greeting.
