Authentic hadith I was taken to perform pilgrimage with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) in the Farewell Pilgrimage, when I was seven years old. Authentic hadith The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) performed Hajj on the back of a camel, and the same mount was carrying his baggage as well. Authentic hadith ‘Ukkāzh, Mijannah, and Dhū al-Majāz were markets in the pre-Islamic period of ignorance. They considered it a sin to trade during the seasons. So it was revealed: {There is no blame upon you for seeking bounty from your Lord.} Authentic hadith When the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions went to Makkah, the polytheists said: "There will come to you people who are weakened by the fever of Madīnah." So, the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) commanded his Companions to jog the three rounds (of Tawāf) and walk between the two Corners. Authentic hadith The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) entered Makkah from Kadā', from the upper mountain pass which is in Al-Bat-hā', and exited from the lower mountain pass. Authentic Verily, I know that you are a stone that can neither harm nor benefit. Had I not seen the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) kissing you, I would not have kissed you Authentic hadith The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) circumambulated the Ka‘bah in the Farewell Hajj on the back of a camel, touching the Corner with a crook. Authentic hadith I did not see the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) wiping with his hand anything of the House except the two Yemeni Corners. Authentic hadith O people, proceed calmly, for goodness is not attained by rushing Authentic hadith The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) used to go by way of Ash-Shajarah and return by way of Al-Mu‘arras. He would also enter Makkah through the Higher Pass and leave through the Lower Pass. Authentic hadith When Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) came to Mina, he went to "Jamrat al-‘Aqabah" and threw pebbles at it. After that, he went to his tent in Mina and sacrificed. Thenو he called for a barber, pointed at the right side of his head, and said: "Shave from here." Then, he pointed at his left side and said: "Take (hair) from here." Then, he distributed his hair among the people. Authentic hadith As the verse of Hajj Tamattu‘ was revealed, the Messenger (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) ordered us to perform it. Nothing was revealed in the Qur'an abrogating it nor did the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) prohibit it until he died Authentic hadith I asked Ibn ‘Abbās about Hajj Tamattu‘. He ordered me to perform it. I asked him about the Hady (sacrifice), and he said: You have to slaughter a camel, a cow, a sheep, or you may share the Hady with others. It seemed that some people disliked it Authentic hadith How did the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) wash his head when he was in the state of Ihrām? Authentic hadith The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) and his Companions arrived at Makkah assuming Ihrām for Hajj on the fourth day (of Dhu al-Hijjah). The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) ordered them to assume their Ihrām for ‘Umrah (instead of Hajj). They asked: O Messenger of Allah, to what extent should we lift the restrictions of Ihrām?
