Hadiths on The Creed

Authentic O people, indeed, Allah is good and does not accept except what is good. Indeed, Allah has commanded the believers with what he commanded the messengers Authentic Allah has written down the good deeds and the bad ones. Then, He explained that: He who intends a good deed and does not do it, Allah writes it down with Himself as a full good deed; and if he intends it and does it, Allah writes it down with Himself as ten good deeds to seven hundred times, or many times over. Yet, if he intends a bad deed and does not do it, Allah writes it down with Himself as a full good deed. But, if he intends it and does it, Allah writes it down as one bad deed Authentic Indeed, Allah does not look at your appearance and wealth, but He looks at your hearts and deeds.” Authentic Islam is to testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah, to establish prayer, to pay Zakah, to fast Ramadan, and to perform Hajj to the House if you are able to find a way thereto Authentic Whoever introduces into this matter of ours (Islam) something that does not belong to it shall have it rejected Authentic O My slaves, I have made oppression forbidden for Myself, and I have made it forbidden amongst you, so do not oppress one another Authentic O boy, I shall teach you some words: Be mindful of Allah, and Allah will protect you. Be mindful of Allah, and you will find Him before you. If another man comes forward disputing his authority, then you should behead the latter Hasan Whoever imitates a people is one of them Authentic I asked the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him): "Which sin is the gravest in the sight of Allah?" He said: "To set an equal to Allah while He created you Authentic It is unlawful for a Muslim to desert his fellow Muslim for more than three nights. As they meet, both of them turn their backs on each other. But the best of them is the one who starts by greeting the other Hasan Whoever causes harm will be harmed by Allah, and whoever causes hardship will be put in hardship by Allah Authentic May the curse of Allah be upon the Jews and Christians; they took the graves of their prophets as mosques Authentic He is not one of us who slaps the cheeks, splits the collars, and calls out with the calls of Jāhiliyyah (pre-Islamic era of ignorance) Authentic He who has wronged his brother, concerning his honor or anything else, let him ask for his pardon today before there comes a time when there will be neither a dinar nor a dirham Authentic hadith Among them are those whom the fire will reach up to their ankles, others up to their knees, others up to their waists, and others up to their collarbones Authentic hadith The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) called for water, and he was brought a wide shallow vessel with some water in it. He put his fingers in it Hasan O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I shall forgive you Authentic hadith Every person will be resurrected in the same state he died in Authentic People will be gathered on the Day of Judgment barefooted, naked, and uncircumcised Authentic hadith Allah, Glorified and Exalted, laughs at two men, one of them kills the other, yet both enter Paradise. Thereupon, the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do you make me an equal to Allah? Say: 'It is as Allah alone wills.' Authentic the people who will receive the severest punishment on the Day of Judgment will be those who try to emulate Allah'sAllah's creation Authentic hadith Whenever the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) appointed a man to lead an army or a military detachment, he would advise him to fear Allah and treat well those Muslims who are with him Authentic Shall I not send you with the same instructions as the Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) sent me with? Do not leave any statue without blotting it out or any raised grave without leveling it Sahih/Authentic with all its versions ‘Umar ibn al-Khattāb (may Allah be pleased with him) wrote: Kill every sorcerer and sorceress Authentic hadith If you spend the like of Uhud in gold, Allah will not accept it from you until you believe in predestination, and know that what has befallen you would not have missed you and what has missed you would not have befallen you.
