The encyclopedia of the stories of the prophets and messengers (peace be upon them), from the creation of Adam to the story of Issa ibn Maryam, including Nuh, Ibrahim, Moussa, Dawud and Sulayman. Our primary source: The Beginning and the End (al-Bidaya wa-l-Nihaya) by imam Ibn Kathir. The stories are presented in chronological order, in 25 accounts faithfully translated from Arabic. The biography of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is covered in detail in the Sounna section.
The stories of the prophets (peace be upon them) are among the greatest sources of lessons: Allah said: “Indeed, in their stories is a lesson for people of understanding” (Yousouf, 111). In this encyclopedia we present the stories of the prophets and messengers, from Adam, the father of mankind, to Issa ibn Maryam, relying on the book The Beginning and the End (al-Bidaya wa-l-Nihaya) by the imam and hafiz Ibn Kathir, including what is reported about the creation of the heavens and the earth, the angels and the jinn before the creation of Adam, then the stories of the prophets in chronological order. The biography of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is detailed in the Sounna section.
