From the Arabic root ر-ش-د (r-sh-d, right guidance), رَشِيد (rashid) follows فَعِيل and denotes perfect direction, wisdom, and rectitude.

It affirms a perfection belonging to Allah without defect, limit, or resemblance to creation.
