Supplication upon seeing the new crescent

الله أكبر ،اللهم أهلِه علينا بالأمن والإيمان ، والسلامة والإسلام ،والتوفيق لما تحب ربنا وترضى ، ربنا وربك الله

Pronunciation

Allahu akbar, Allahumma ahill-hu 'alayna bi-l-amni wa-l-iman, wa-s-salamati wa-l-islam, wa-t-tawfiqi li-ma yuhibbu Rabbuna wa yarda, Rabbuna wa Rabbuka-llah.

Translation

"Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, make it appear upon us in security and faith, peace and Islam, and success toward what our Lord loves and is pleased with. Our Lord and your Lord is Allah."
