Ammar ibn Yasir

from Ans, Yemen. He is an ally of Banu Makhzum. He is called Abu Al-Yaqzan. He went down to Kufa and remained with Ali bin Abi Talib, witnessing his scenes with him. He was killed in Siffin in the year thirty-seven and was buried there when he was ninety-three years old. He witnessed Badr, and we wrote his story about those who witnessed Badr.
