Biography of Ma'mar

Maʿmar: the Prophet passed by him with his thighs uncovered and said: 'O Maʿmar, cover your thigh, for the thigh is ʿawra.' Ibn Shāhīn noted the better-known version is Jarhad's ḥadīth. — Maʿn ibn Ḥājir: mentioned separately.
