Biography of Marzuq as-Sayqal

Marzūq al-Ṣayqal: a Syrian, mawlā of the Anṣār; he polished the Prophet's sword Dhū al-Faqār (silver pommel, rings, and boss). — Markabūd: of the Persian families of Ṣanʿāʾ.
