Rafi'ah ibn Yathribi Abu Rumthah al-Taymi from Taym al-Rabab, as stated by Abu Naim.

Abu 'Umar, and Ibn Manda said:

He is counted among the people of Kufa, and it was said:

the name of my father Rumthah is Habib, and his mention has preceded, as stated by Ahmad ibn Hanbal.

And Yahya ibn Ma'in said: Yathribi ibn 'Awf, and it was said:

Khushkhas.
