Biography of Sufyan ibn Qays ibn Aban

Sufyan ibn Qais ibn Aban al-Thaqafi al-Tayyi' had companionship, and his brother Wahb ibn Qais had companionship, Amimah bint Riqiqah narrated from Riqiqah, she said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came seeking help from Ta'if, so he entered upon him and gave him a drink of milk, and he drank, and said: Do not worship their tyrants, nor pray for them.
