Definition of Palate / Mouth

Al-hanak: the palate of man and animal.

The crow's beak is also called 'hanak' because it resembles the palate.

Allah says, quoting Iblis: 'I will surely control (la-ahtanikanna) his offspring' (Al-Isrâ': 62).

Iblis threatens to lead men by the palate, like leading beasts.
