This second part of the pillars of ijara deals with the duration of the lease contract, the lessee's enjoyment of the benefit himself or through a third party, the hiring of the Quran and books, the woman who hires out her person, the leasing of cultivable land, undivided property, the breeding male, fruit trees and milking animals.
