This chapter completes the fiqh study of the division of time between wives (qisma). It covers the basis of the division, its duration, the wives' place of residence, travel, the husband's illness, then a wife's gift of her night, its revocation, and the question of domestic service. The positions of the four schools are reported faithfully, with authenticated hadiths and classical references.
