Definition Al-amr al-ḥaḍr

Al-amr al-ḥaḍr according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

It is that by which the action is demanded of the present agent, hence its name; it is also called the command by the formula, because it is effected by the specific formula without the particle (lam), unlike the command to the absent.
