📖 1 min readIt is the al-`urfiyyah al-`ammah with the restriction of non-perpetuity by essence. If it is affirmative, as in our previous statement: "Every scribe has moving fingers as long as he is a scribe, but not perpetually", then it is composed of an affirmative al-`urfiyyah al-`ammah which is the first part, and a general absolute negative which is the concept of non-perpetuity. And if it is negative, as previously presented.
That by which it is judged that the attribution of the predicate to the subject is perpetual, or that its negation from it is perpetual, under the condition of the subject's description with the restriction of non-perpetuity.
