Definition Al-ḥṣa

Al-ḥṣa according to Dustur al-'Ulama (Al-Ahmadnagari)

Under al-fard (the fixed share), God Most High willing.

Al-ḥṣa according to Mu'jam al-Mustalahat al-Fiqhiyya

The share: that is, according to his share; example: a deceased leaves one hundred dinars and owes four hundred dinars, and the hajj requires one hundred: the share of the hajj is twenty, for it is the fifth. (Al-Matali', p. 163).

Al-ḥṣa according to At-Tawqif (Al-Munawi)
