Definition Al-ḥṣa

Al-ḥṣa according to Dustur al-'Ulama (Al-Ahmadnagari)

Under al-fard (the fixed share), God Most High willing.

Al-ḥṣa according to Mu'jam al-Mustalahat al-Fiqhiyya
