Al-iḍmar qbl al-dhkr according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

It is permissible in five instances: the first is in the pronoun of the matter, such as: هو زيد قائم; the second is in the pronoun of rubb, such as: ربه رجلًا; the third is in the pronoun of ni'ma, such as: نعم رجلًا زيد; the fourth is in the contention between two verbs, such as: ضربني وأكرمني زيد; and the fifth is in the substitution of the apparent noun for the pronoun, such as: ضربته زيدًا.
