Definition Al-mʿnwy

Al-mʿnwy according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

It is that which has no share for the tongue, but is rather a meaning known by the heart.

Al-mʿnwy according to At-Tawqif (Al-Munawi)

That which has no share for the tongue, but is rather a meaning known by the heart (Al-Ta'rifat p. 236). [Section of the letter Ghayn]
