Definition Almaraj

Almaraj according to At-Ta'rifat al-Fiqhiyya (Al-Barkati)

It is his ascent, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, while awake, in his body, to heaven and then to whatever of the heights He willed; and the "Isra" (night journey) is from the Sacred Mosque (al-Masjid al-Haram) to the Farthest Mosque (al-Masjid al-Aqsa), or the two are one and the same.

God and His angels shower their blessings on the Prophet. O believers, you should also send your blessings on him, and salute him with a worthy greeting.
