Al-mjrbat according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

These are matters for which the mind requires, in order to ascertain a judgment, the repetition of observation time and time again, like our saying: drinking scammony facilitates bile, and this judgment is only attained through numerous observations.

Al-mjrbat according to Maqalid al-'Ulum (As-Suyuti)

Propositions judged on the basis of repeated observations leading to certainty.
