It is that in which a judgment is made regarding the negation of absolute necessity concerning the side opposing the judgment; indeed, if the judgment in the proposition is affirmative, the meaning of possibility is then the negation of the negation's necessity, and if the judgment in the proposition is negative, its meaning is the negation of the necessity of affirmation, for that is the side opposing negation.
