Definition Al-mshrwṭa al-khaṣa

Al-mshrwṭa al-khaṣa according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

It is the general conditional coupled with the restriction of non-permanence, according to the essence. Example of the affirmative: our statement by necessity, every scribe has moving fingers as long as he is a scribe, but not permanently. Its composition thus consists of a general conditional affirmative and a general absolute negative.

Al-mshrwṭa al-khaṣa according to Maqalid al-'Ulum (As-Suyuti)

That in which a judgment is made regarding the necessity of affirming the predicate for the subject, or negating it from it, as long as the essence of the subject exists, restricted by the condition of non-permanence.
