📖 1 min read[That whose] narrators are connected, and each one of them has heard it from his superior, whether it is marfu reaching the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him), or mawquf stopping at someone else.
That which is not independent by itself, whose nature is such that a common boundary exists between its parts.
That whose chain of transmission is free from any omission, such that each of its narrators has heard that transmission from his sheikh.
