Definition Al-qbyḥ

Al-qbyḥ according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

It is that which is associated with blame in the immediate and punishment in the hereafter.

Al-qbyḥ according to Mu'jam al-Mustalahat al-Fiqhiyya

Sheikh Zakariya al-Ansari said: that which is forbidden by the Sacred Law. In Lub al-Usul: that for which one is blamed. Al-Misbah al-Munir (qabh) p. 487 (Ilmiyya), al-Hudud al-Aniqa p. 77, and Lub al-Usul / Jam al-Jawami p. 23.

Al-qbyḥ according to At-Tawqif (Al-Munawi)

That whose object is associated with blame in the immediate, and reward in the hereafter, mentioned by Ibn al-Kamal (Al-Ta'rifat p. 178).
