Hazala in his speech is of daraba’s paradigm: he jokes, leaving seriousness: a jester. Al-hazl: verbal noun applied to the object, the speech issuing of the jester; Allah said of the noble Quran: « it is a decisive word, and it is no jest ».
It is that no sense intended by the wording, literal nor figurative: the serious’s contrary.
﴿وَمَا هُوَ بِٱلْهَزْلِ﴾
« And it is not amusement. »
