Luzuwm maa laa ylzm according to Dustur al-'Ulama (Al-Ahmadnagari)

Among rhetorical and stylistic embellishments, it consists of introducing, before the rhyme letter of verses or before the clause separator in prose, what is not obligatory in rhymed prose (saj'), as in His Exalted word: ﴿ As for the orphan, do not oppress him. And as for the petitioner, do not repel him ﴾. The ra is the rhyme letter, and the occurrence of the ha before it in the pause constitutes the imposition of what is not obligatory, since the rhyme is valid without it, such as: do not repel him and do not slaughter him.
