Definition Majmu

Majmu according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

What indicates bounded individuals by single letters. Outside this restriction, as nafar and rahat; for they have no singular by their own letters, all being pronounced, as « men joined me », or not, that is, not all pronounced, as jawarin, plural of jariya, and adila, plural of dalw, not on fa’’al pattern, guarding against tamar, rakb: the fa’’al pattern not of the collective’s.
