Definition Muslimat

Muslimat according to Kitab at-Ta'rifat (Al-Jurjani)

Propositions conceded by the opponent, speech built thereon to refute; conceded between the two adversaries or among scholars, as the jurists’ conceding usul-of-fiqh questions: the jurist arguments zakat’s obligation on grown’s jewels by his word: « on jewels is zakat »; should the opponent say: a single report, we concede not it an argument, the jurist answers: this is established in usul-of-fiqh science, you must take it here as conceded.

Muslimat according to Dustur al-'Ulama (Al-Ahmadnagari)

Propositions conceded by the opponent, speech built thereon to refute, conceded between themselves or among scholars, as the jurists’ conceding usul-of-fiqh questions: the jurist arguments zakat’s obligation on the grown’s jewels by his word: « on jewels is zakat »; should the opponent say: one hadith, we concede not it an argument, the jurist answers: established in usul-of-fiqh science, you must take it here conceded.

Muslimat in the Quran

إِنَّ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَٱلْمُسْلِمَـٰتِ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ وَٱلْقَـٰنِتِينَ وَٱلْقَـٰنِتَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرَٰتِ وَٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَ وَٱلْخَـٰشِعَـٰتِ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمَـٰتِ وَٱلْحَـٰفِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمْ وَٱلْحَـٰفِظَـٰتِ وَٱلذَّٰكِرِينَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًۭا وَٱلذَّٰكِرَٰتِ أَعَدَّ ٱللَّهُ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةًۭ وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًۭا « Indeed, the Muslim men and Muslim women, the believing men and believing women, the obedient men and obedient women, the truthful men and truthful women, the patient men and patient women, the humble men and humble women, the charitable men and charitable women, the fasting men and fasting women, the men who guard their private parts and the women who do so, and the men who remember Allah often and the women who do so - for them Allah has prepared forgiveness and a great reward. » [Surah الأحزاب : 35]

عَسَىٰ رَبُّهُۥٓ إِن طَلَّقَكُنَّ أَن يُبْدِلَهُۥٓ أَزْوَٰجًا خَيْرًۭا مِّنكُنَّ مُسْلِمَـٰتٍۢ مُّؤْمِنَـٰتٍۢ قَـٰنِتَـٰتٍۢ تَـٰٓئِبَـٰتٍ عَـٰبِدَٰتٍۢ سَـٰٓئِحَـٰتٍۢ ثَيِّبَـٰتٍۢ وَأَبْكَارًۭا « Perhaps his Lord, if he divorced you [all], would substitute for him wives better than you - submitting [to Allah], believing, devoutly obedient, repentant, worshipping, and traveling - [ones] previously married and virgins. » [Surah التحريم : 5]
